Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, professional, and organized Medical Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist with both clinical and administrative duties to support daily office operations and provide excellent patient care. ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties Prepare patients for examinations and procedures Take and record vital signs and medical histories Assist providers during patient visits and minor procedures Administer injections and perform basic laboratory testing as directed Clean and prepare exam rooms Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow infection control and safety procedures Administrative Duties Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance and obtain authorizations Check patients in and out Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) Handle patient correspondence and follow-up calls Assist with office organization and daily workflow Qualifications Medical Assistant certification preferred Previous experience in a medical office preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of EMR systems and basic medical terminology Professional appearance and demeanor Benefits Competitive pay Paid time off Health benefits (if applicable) Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and development
