Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part Time Medical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support patient care across various specialties, including dermatology, hospital medicine, urgent care, and outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient service, possess strong medical knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including collecting medical histories and updating electronic health records (EHR systems) Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates to ensure accurate patient assessments Perform clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, explaining programs when patients inquire Provide compassionate patient service by answering questions, offering reassurance, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit Experience Prior experience in outpatient clinics or hospital settings is highly preferred Familiarity with EHR systems is preferred Experience with intake procedures, vital signs collection will ensure smooth workflow Experience speaking on the phone with patients, explaining programs, scheduling appointment and answering questions Join us as a Part Time Medical Assistant and become an integral part of a compassionate healthcare team committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
