We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining a supportive, positive team environment. We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and professional Bilingual Front Desk Representative (or Medical Assistant looking for a front-office role) to join our team immediately! What You will do : Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a smooth daily patient flow. Answer multi-line phones and communicate fluently with both English and Spanish-speaking patients. Perform fast, accurate data entry and professional documentation strictly in English within the EMR system. Verify medical insurance benefits, collect copays, and manage patient balances. Schedule appointments efficiently and manage patient recall to minimize no-shows. What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Bilingual Proficiency:

Must be 100% fluent speaking both English and Spanish , with the ability to switch seamlessly between both to assist patients (Required).

Computer & Writing Skills:

Fast, accurate typing and computer literacy. Must have strong, professional writing and data entry skills in English (Required).

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting (Required).

EMR Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with EMR systems ( Practice Fusion is a major plus!). Medical Assistants (MAs): Highly welcome and encouraged to apply!

Core Skills:

Exceptional communication, strong multitasking abilities under pressure, sharp attention to detail, and a positive, empathetic attitude.

Location:

Strong preference for candidates residing near Delray Beach / Boca Raton / Boynton Beach for a reliable daily commute. Why Join Us?
