Clinic Assistant

We are a fast-paced, patient-focused private optometry practice seeking a Clinic Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working directly with patients in a clinical setting.

Position Overview:

Our Clinic Assistants play a vital role in supporting our doctors and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the day. This position requires multitasking, attention to detail, and a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities Include:

Working directly with patients to meet their eyecare needs Pre-testing patients, performing medical testing Maintaining efficient patient flow Assisting with contact lens training and education Accurately entering information into the EHR Supporting the clinical team as needed throughout the day

Qualifications:

Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a busy environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols Prior medical, optometry, or optical experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and be a team player is essential
