Medical Assistant - Orthopedics & Pain Management NeuroSpine Plus LLC Fort Lauderdale, FL Job Details $25 - $27 an hour 20 hours ago Full Job Description We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing Orthopedics and Pain Management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, enjoys working closely with providers, and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care. About the
Role:
The primary location for this position is Fort Lauderdale , with occasional travel required to our other clinics in Lake Worth and Miami (a few times per month) , and Port St. Lucie (as needed) . A mileage stipend is provided for travel days .
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in pain management and/or orthopedics Spanish-speaking required Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation Comfortable assisting with provider documentation and doctor's notes to ensure accuracy and completeness A dependable team player with a positive, patient-focused attitude Ability to stay organized and efficient in a busy, multi-location clinical setting
What You'll Do:
Assist providers with patient care, exams, and in-office procedures Room patients, take vitals, and prepare charts Support provider documentation, including drafting and organizing doctor's notes Ensure EMR charts are complete, accurate, and up to standard Help maintain smooth clinic flow and a positive patient experience Collaborate with providers and staff across multiple locations This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a dynamic and expanding practice that values teamwork, consistency, and high-quality patient care.
