Job Description
Our well-established noninvasive/interventional cardiology practice located on Florida's beautiful Treasure Coast (Vero Beach/Fort Pierce area) has a full-time opening for a Medical Assistant with at least one year of medical assistant experience . Come work with our qualified, experienced and caring professionals who put their patients first and whose highest priorities are their patients' health and satisfaction. MA responsibilities include (but are not limited to): clinical chart preparation (obtaining test results & reports), initial patient encounters (obtaining vitals, EKGs, verification of medications), physician support, daily patient communication, communication with pharmacies and other providers, and documentation in the EMR. The successful candidate will be a team player and flexible with job assignments, able to multi-task, be dependable and have an excellent job attendance record, enjoy working with patients and will demonstrate strong customer service skills. Full-time- Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
