This vital role combines clinical duties with administrative support, ensuring seamless patient experiences across outpatient and inpatient settings. Whether working in dermatology, urgent care, hospital medicine, or specialized units like PICU or trauma centers, you will be at the forefront of delivering compassionate, high-quality healthcare. We are committed to fostering a supportive environment that values your skills and dedication. Duties Perform patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and documenting chief complaints with precision. Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks including medication administration,immunization wound care, drawing blood , and basic life support when necessary. Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems efficiently to ensure accurate documentation of patient encounters, ICD coding, and treatment plans Prepare examination rooms for patient visits, sterilize equipment, and ensure compliance with safety protocols across the clinic Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions, explaining procedures clearly, and ensuring patients feel comfortable throughout their visit. Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required; relevant certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) are essential. Demonstrated experience in outpatient clinics experience is a must . Familiarity with EHR systems and medical administrative support functions such as scheduling and patient intake processes Excellent communication skills with a focus on compassionate patient care and teamwork.
