Key Responsibilities:

Assist physicians, chiropractors, and other medical professionals with patient care Obtain vital signs, patient history, and document information in electronic medical records (EMR) Prepare examination rooms and ensure a clean, organized environment Perform clinical procedures such as EKGs, phlebotomy, and wound care (if applicable) Educate patients on procedures, medications, and postvisit care Assist with scheduling, prior authorizations, and medical documentation Maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations

Qualifications:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required One or more years of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred Experience in orthopedics, pain management, or chiropractic care is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and patientcare skills Proficiency in EMR systems and medical terminology
