Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with the check-in process using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates with precision Prepare patients for examinations by taking medical histories and explaining procedures clearly Assist healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and minor treatments including medication administration and procedures Manage clinical supplies, sterilize equipment, and maintain a clean, organized exam room environment Perform blood drawing and laboratory procedures Perform basic physiology and anatomy assessments to support diagnosis and treatment planning in outpatient settings Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in settings such as outpatient clinics Medical Assistant Certification /Basic Life Support (BLS) required; additional certifications such as EHR systems proficiency is a plus Strong patient service skills with the ability to intake patients efficiently and provide compassionate care across diverse populations including geriatrics and internal medicine patients Join us to be part of a vibrant healthcare team committed to delivering outstanding patient-centered care!
