Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with patient intake processes to ensure accurate and efficient service. Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates to support clinical assessments. Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort throughout their visit. Assist healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments including medication administration and basic life support when necessary. Operate Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient information accurately, including ICD coding and medical history details. Manage medical supplies inventory, sterilize equipment, and maintain a clean clinical environment adhering to infection control standards. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing questions, coordinating follow-up appointments, and supporting overall patient care continuity. Skills Basic life support (BLS) certification is required; additional certifications in radiology or emergency medicine are a plus.
