Job Description

First Coast Family Medicine is seeking a warmhearted, outgoing Care Team Member to become a part of our work family! We are a compassion-driven Family Medicine office that provides high quality medical care. Medical Assistants are a critical part of our team. The training schedule will be Monday-Friday 8 to 5 The schedule once trained is as follows.
M-8-7 T-8-7 W-8-7
Th-8-3:00 Fri-8-12:00
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate care to patients Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff and provider Communicate as a Liaison between patient and provider Room patients, perform vitals, obtain history and reconcile medications. Draw blood EKG and Spirometry Assist in procedures Answer phones and schedule patients Retrieve medical records Handle daily tasks in a timely manner Work front desk when needed
Qualifications:
One year direct phlebotomy experience Flexible availability incase schedule needs change. Amazing customer service attitude Previous experience in healthcare or other related fields Knowledge of Athena EMR and Quality Measures/HEDIS a plus Strong communication skills and a

Organizational skills Ability to thrive in a clinical environment
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
