Revitalizing Therapies specializes in providing cutting-edge mental health treatments, including IV, IM, Spravato® therapies, and TMS. Our compassionate team is committed to delivering high-quality care to individuals on their journey toward wellness.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, kind, EXPERIENCED Medical Assistant/TMS technician to join our team at our mental health treatment center. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, with a strong passion for patient care. Prior healthcare experience is preferred.

Shifts:

Monday-Friday 8:30A-3PM, Late Shifts 3p-8p Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Tuesday & Thursday (8:30 AM - 8 PM), every other Saturday (8:30 AM - 1 PM) While we are offering Full-time, we can offer a part-time position as well. Additional shifts available in our Winter Garden location including Wednesdays 8a-9p.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine medical assistant duties, including patient intake, monitoring, and documentation. Administer and assist with IV, IM, and nasal spray Spravato® treatments under supervision. TMS assistant/technician experience preferred(onsite training provided). Maintain a clean and organized treatment area. Conduct clerical and administrative tasks, such as scheduling, patient follow-ups, and filing. Provide compassionate support to patients undergoing treatment. Ensure adherence to safety and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications:

TMS technician certified in Neurostar, EMT, Medical Assistant, Paramedic Certification (preferred but not required), minimum 1 year experience in healthcare (required). Strong interpersonal skills and a caring demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation to our Kissimmee location and Winter Garden location.
