As a Medical Assistant Surgical at Currency Circle Surgery Center, you will have the opportunity to work alongside highly-trained physicians who specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, including acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and liver disease. You will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch care by providing consultations and services in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible treatment. Currency Circle Surgery Center :

The Medical Assistant Surgical is responsible for various clinical duties throughout the perioperative setting in accordance with the Standards of Practice and Policies and Procedures. The Surgical Clinical Assistant will assist with: Nurses and physicians in patient care as needed Pre-op and Post-op patient flow Operating Room procedures Instrument reprocessing Monitoring supply inventory levels Maintaining electronic patient medical records Light clerical duties as necessary Maintaining a clean and safe environment according to industry standards

QUALIFICATIONS

High school graduate or equivalent Current CPR certification or will obtain upon hire One year experience in a medical environment preferred.
