Job Description
We have an opening for an energetic, focused, personable, and dedicated front office receptionist to join our rapidly growing, concierge geriatric/primary care practice in Lakewood Ranch. The candidate must possess superior customer service and communication skills, ensuring an outstanding patient experience. Understanding and embracing our mission of excellence in patient experience is essential to our team. Duties include, but are not limited to: Monitoring phones, verifying insurance benefits, medical record handling, scheduling, faxes, referrals, scanning documents, patient communications, assisting other office workflows. Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills. Skill in exercising a high degree of judgment and ability to understand and learn patient registration and checkout. Exceptional teamwork and mission driven attitude. Ability to multitask and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
