Locations:
St. Petersburg, FL and Clearwater, FL NeuroLift is a rapidly growing behavioral health and wellness organization dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care through both traditional psychiatric services and innovative treatment modalities, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato® (esketamine) therapy. We are currently hiring two Medical Assistants to join our team—one position in St. Petersburg and one position in Clearwater. This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate, motivated professionals looking to expand their clinical skills while working in a supportive and innovative mental health environment. Responsibilities Assist providers with patient intake, vital signs, medication reconciliation, and clinical documentation. Support daily clinic operations, including exam room preparation, equipment setup, and patient flow management. Facilitate Spravato® treatment sessions by: Verifying patient eligibility and obtaining required documentation. Preparing treatment rooms and monitoring patients throughout treatment and observation periods. Ensuring patient comfort, safety, and adherence to treatment protocols. Accurately documenting treatment sessions within the electronic medical record (EMR). Educate patients regarding treatment expectations and provide ongoing support throughout their care journey. Maintain compliance with all company, state, federal, and REMS program requirements. Assist with administrative duties, including scheduling, insurance verification, inventory management, and coordination of patient care. Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to deliver outstanding patient outcomes. Qualifications Previous experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, primary care, or a specialty medical practice strongly preferred. Knowledge of Spravato® treatment protocols is a plus; training will be provided for qualified candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate in patient-facing situations.
