The position is responsible for providing front desk support, answering phones and interacting with patients. In addition to general clerical duties, our candidate will also be assisting patients in scheduling appointments, collecting paperwork and maintaining records of office procedures.

Responsibilities:

Apply bandages, dressings and other wound care materials. Provide health education and counsel patients. Explain to patients how to use medical equipment such as crutches, canes or braces. Assist patients in moving or transferring from a bed to a wheelchair or other device. Assist with exams, treatments, and procedures such as tests, injections, and other shots. Aid patients in daily living activities such as feeding and bathing. Arrange for transportation of patients to medical facilities when appropriate.
