You will:
Welcome patients and families, check them in, verify insurance information, and collect necessary documentation. Answer telephones, schedule appointments, answer questions and manage messages in a courteous and professional manner. Support daily patient flow through strong communication and coordination with the clinical team. Guide patients and families to exam rooms, take vitals, review medical history, and prepare them for their visit. Contribute ideas to continuously enhance the patient experience. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Friendly, kind, and passionate about pediatric care A helpful team player who thrives in a supportive environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable using electronic health records (e.g., eClinicalWorks) Our team is known for its kindness, teamwork, and dedication to making every visit a positive experience for our patients and their families.
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
