Looking for detail oriented, friendly, and reliable Certified Medical Assistant , who should possess good organizational and communication skills, and work professionally and cooperatively with staff and patients. Duties include rooming patients, taking and documenting vital signs, reconciling medications, processing medication refills and authorizations electronically, documenting patient status in nurse notes, administering injections, performing EKGs, PFTs, and INRs (training provided as needed), cleaning and stocking the exam rooms, answering and processing patient calls and messages, scheduling patient appointments, and performing other clinical duties as necessary. Training with EMR provided; computer skills and previous EMR experience helpful.
Working hours vary:
Approx. 32
  • 40 hours/week Mon, Wed, Thur
  • whole days (with 1 hour lunch break) Tues, Fri
  • half days or whole days as needed
Pay:
$17.00
  • $20.
00 per hour
