Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant-Florida to join a growing healthcare network serving multiple specialties throughout Brevard County. This direct hire opportunity in Melbourne, FL is a strong fit for experienced Medical Assistants as well as recent graduates who are ready to begin a hands-on clinical career in a supportive medical setting. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside providers, support patient care, and gain exposure to a variety of specialties. Candidates can expect a team-oriented environment with supportive leadership, training opportunities, and a clear path to certification for those who are not yet certified. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and eligible candidates who need certification will have their exam fee covered after hire. Key Responsibilities Room patients and accurately record vital signs and relevant clinical information. Assist providers during examinations, treatments, and clinical procedures. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough patient documentation. Perform a combination of clinical and administrative duties to support daily operations. Float between specialties as needed to support patient care and gain diverse healthcare experience. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered service in a professional medical environment.
Compensation and Benefits Pay:
$15.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience. Uncertified candidates will start at $15.00 per hour until certification is obtained. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Paid time off.
