This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on clinical work, direct patient interaction , and wants to build expertise in a specialized area of healthcare. You'll work closely with providers to deliver high-quality care, with a focus on allergy testing, immunotherapy, and patient support in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties Perform allergy skin testing and assist with diagnostic procedures Administer immunotherapy (allergy injections) safely and accurately Monitor patients and provide clear, supportive instructions throughout treatment Patient Care & Documentation Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) Document test results, treatments, and follow-up care Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking patient data and workflow support Communication & Teamwork Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure seamless care Communicate effectively with patients regarding procedures and follow-ups Verify charts, insurance information, and required documentation Administrative Support Schedule appointments and follow-up visits Help maintain an organized and efficient clinical environment Qualifications Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) Fluent in Spanish and English Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry and organization) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to learn— training provided (no allergy experience required) Why Join Our Team?
