Job Description
Only serious inquiries. Immediate hire Our office has multiple providers, we perfom clinical dermatology, surgeries, and cosmetic dermatology. Also, we have a MEDSPA to provide skin care for our patients. We are looking for a medical assistant, busy and fast-paced environment. We are looking for a committed and friendly person, able to multitask and a fast learner. Great place to learn and gain medical knowledge. We are looking for a person who wants to grow with the practice, experience not required we will train. As a medical assistant, the employee will be responsible to bring in patients, performing initial screening and taking past medical history. Assisting the provider on all aspects of the patient care and recording all notes and procedures performed in the exam room. Stocking all rooms, cleaning, and organizing exam rooms. MAs are also responsible for task and prior authorization for medications, communicating with the patient to answer questions and results. Learn how to present cosmetic procedures and manage a sale. Also assisting the provider with preparation and care of cosmetic patients. We need a full time employee, able to work Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Bilingual is a plus due to our patient population.
