You'll work on Mondays and Thursdays learning our system and gaining meaningful clinical experience. The office's business hours are M, Tu, W, and F 9-5 or 10-6 and Thursdays 11-7 or 10-6. Must be able to work the entire clinic day. No half shifts. We typically have part time medical assistants either Monday and Thursday vs Wednesday and Thursday. This position offers meaningful exposure to the full continuum of patient-centered care within a medical practice, including direct patient interaction. Responsibilities include hands-on support in both front desk patient services and in-room patient care, with flexibility across all patient-facing areas required. Initially, the role will focus more heavily on front desk activities, with progressive responsibility over time to include taking patient histories, drafting clinical notes, interacting with insurance companies, assisting with minor procedures, and coordinating surgical pre- and post-operative care. Must speak Spanish and English - this is mandatory and no exceptions will be made. Please do not apply unless you speak Spanish and English. Should have 3.0+ GPA. CNA or MA certificate a bonus but not required. Pay is commensurate with experience.
