•Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care. This position requires a blend of clinical and administrative skills, making it essential for the smooth operation of our medical facility. Duties Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for EKG's procedures, and lab. Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance documentation. Deliver exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries, providing information about treatments, and ensuring a positive experience for all patients. Collaborate with staff in various departments including front desk Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment to uphold safety standards.
VACCINES KNOWLEDGE
Skills Proficiency in Primary Medicine protocols and procedures. Familiarity with medical systems for efficient record management and appointment scheduling. Strong patient service skills with a focus on empathy and communication. Ability to take vital signs accurately and respond to patient needs promptly. Knowledge of medical administrative support functions to enhance office efficiency. Capability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. Bilingual Spanish
