Yag-Howard Cosmetic Dermatology, is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our talented and professional team. We are looking for someone who enjoys aesthetics, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is positive, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working closely with both patients and providers. One of the things that makes our practice special is our team. Most of our staff have been with us for more than five years, and several have been with us for over fifteen years. We take pride in maintaining a supportive, professional workplace where teamwork and patient care come first.

Responsibilities Include:

Rooming patients and preparing treatment rooms Assisting the physician and PA with medical and cosmetic procedures Documenting patient visits in EMA/ModMed Taking clinical photographs Assisting with lasers, injectables, and other aesthetic treatments Maintaining supplies and treatment areas Providing exceptional customer service and patient care

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Dermatology and aesthetic medicine experience Experience with lasers, fillers, neurotoxins, and EMA/ModMed is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Schedule:

Patient appointments are scheduled from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Fridays during season. The workday begins at 7:30 AM and typically ends between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM after the final patient appointment. No evenings, weekends, or holidays.
