This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of MA experience who wants to grow, learn, and make a meaningful impact in their community. ‎ How will you make an impact & Requirements ‎ Why You'll Love Working Here Local, community‑focused practice — serve patients right here in Naples No nights, weekends, or major holidays Supportive team culture with providers who value your skills Opportunities for growth within one of Florida's largest physician groups Stable, full‑time schedule Competitive pay + great benefits What You'll Do Welcome and room patients; complete vitals, histories, and medication reviews Assist providers with exams, minor procedures, wound care, and diagnostic testing Perform EKGs, immunizations, specimen collection, and point‑of‑care testing Prepare and process lab samples Support patient triage, care coordination, and follow‑up Provide patient education on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care Document accurately in the EHR (Epic, Athena, Cerner, or similar) Schedule appointments, referrals, and authorizations Verify insurance and assist with prior authorizations Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow infection‑control standards Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives Deliver excellent customer service to patients and teammates What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinic, physician office, or hospital (required) Graduate of an accredited MA program Current

CMA/RMA/MA
