Job Description

The Medical Assistant supports the practice by helping patients, assisting providers, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Room patients, verify information, record medical history, and take vital signs. Prepare patients for exams and relay physician instructions. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records; assist with basic coding. Schedule appointments and prepare charts/forms. Keep exam rooms, equipment, and supplies clean, stocked, and operational. Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines. Support the team and participate in ongoing training.
