MEDICAL ASSISTANT/FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

We are a growing Vascular practice looking for someone to join our team. The candidate will have a dual role as a medical assistant and front office. Responsible for the front office will be assisting in answering phones, appointment pre-calls, appt check-ins and check outs, scheduling, and authorizations for various procedures. Medical Assistant:

Room patients and obtain their medical history. Prepare patient charts night prior. Assist during medical examinations and procedures Sterilizes medical instruments Enters data into patient's electronic record; scans and indexes documents accurately to patient's electronic medical records Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Candidate must display our standards of professionalism and friendliness with patients and staff. We will need someone who is able to multi task in a fast paced busy atmosphere. Office hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday.

BONUS PERKS

No nights, weekends, holidays or overtime required. A minimum of 1 year experience is preferred. Experience with ECW (Eclinical works) would be an advantage.
