• $18•$23/hr (based on experience) Monday•Friday | 8:00 AM•5:00 PM No Nights | No Weekends •Make an Impact in Patient Care•We are seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a growing healthcare team in Zephyrhills, FL.

In this role, you will support a multispecialty team, delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients across a variety of medical disciplines. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule and comprehensive benefits starting on Day One. _Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required._

• Key Responsibilities
• Patient Care & Clinical Support
• + Prepare patients for exams and procedures with professionalism and empathy + Record vital signs, patient intake, and clinical data in Epic EMR + Assist providers during exams, treatments, and procedures + Administer medications and injections as ordered (if certified) + Perform EKGs, urinalysis, phlebotomy, and specimen collection + Maintain clean, organized, and safe exam rooms and equipment
• Administrative & Clinic Support
• + Assist with scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-in/check-out + Float between clinic locations within the Zephyrhills area as needed + Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and clinical regulations + Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and care teams
• Qualifications
• + High school diploma or equivalent + Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Medical Assistant program + Current Medical Assistant Certification (AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT, or NHA) + Current CPR certification + Minimum of 1 year of CMA experience + Multispecialty experience preferred + Epic EMR experience required + Ability to work at one site or float between nearby locations + Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment •Compensation & Benefits•?
