Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant with experience in aesthetics and/or plastic surgery to join our innovative healthcare team. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care, assisting the Doctors in clinic and assisting in in-office procedures. Your expertise will help elevate patient experiences and ensure smooth clinical operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend clinical skills with aesthetic medicine in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passioniate in delivering top-tier care while supporting the aesthetic needs of our diverse patient population. Responsibilities Prepare patients for cosmetic procedures including injectables and lasers, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process Assist providers during treatments by managing supplies, maintaining sterile technique, and monitoring patient responses Conduct patient intake, record vital signs, and update both electronic health records (EHR systems) and inventory logs accurately and efficiently Educate patients on post-treatment care to promote optimal results Support clinical operations by managing appointment scheduling, patient flow, and medical administrative tasks Maintain a thorough understanding of physiology, anatomy, and relevant medical terminology to confidently assist in both clinic and minor procedures Ensure compliance with safety protocols related to surgery, injectables, laser treatments and infection control standards Skills Proven experience as a Certified Medical Assistant Strong knowledge of dermatology, physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology Familiarity with EHR systems for documentation and patient record management Ability to perform patient assessment and patient intake efficiently Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations including outpatient settings Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments ; experience in aesthetics or cosmetic surgery is required Join us to make a meaningful difference by delivering expert care that combines clinical excellence with aesthetic artistry. From $23.50 per hour
