Job Description

Part-Time Certified Medical Assistant Our office is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Certified Medical Assistant to join our practice. The ideal candidate will support our medical team and ensure patients receive the highest quality of care. This position requires a strong understanding of clinical procedures, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to patient well-being. The candidate must have experience administering vaccines. Responsibilities Administer immunizations and vaccinations (required). Accurately record patient histories, vital signs, and other relevant medical information. Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures by preparing patients and ensuring their comfort. Perform routine tests and screenings, including pediatric-related assessments. Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment in compliance with infection control standards. Follow established medication administration protocols. Qualifications Certification as a Medical Assistant (required). Experience administering vaccinations (required). Pediatric experience or familiarity preferred but not required. Proficiency in taking vital signs and understanding medication administration procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and staff. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical role preferred, but not mandatory.
