• Full-time About Us Noble Infusion is an outpatient infusion practice in Ormond Beach providing biologic, immunoglobulin, iron, and other infusion therapies.

We're a small team that takes patient experience seriously — long infusion visits should feel safe, comfortable, and well-organized. The Role We're hiring an experienced Medical Assistant to anchor the administrative side of our practice while staying clinically ready to help on the floor when needed. About 70-80% of your time will be prior authorization related, scheduling, and EMR work. The remaining 20-30% is clinical support — assisting our RNs during infusions when the floor gets busy (IV starts, vitals, patient intake). It's a hybrid role for an MA who likes admin work but doesn't want to lose their clinical edge. What You'll Do Obtain prior authorizations and manage the authorization pipeline from request through approval, appeal, and renewal Verify insurance benefits and track authorization expirations — no patient should miss an infusion because paperwork lapsed Coordinate with payors, specialty pharmacies, and referring offices Schedule and confirm patient appointments; manage the daily infusion calendar Document accurately in the EMR Field patient calls and triage clinical questions to the RN or provider Step in clinically when needed: IV access, venipuncture, vitals, intake, medication reconciliation, and assisting the RN during infusions Required 3+ years of medical assistant experience Current, demonstrated IV access and venipuncture skills Experience with prior authorization workflows BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date) Completion of an accredited MA program Strong EMR and computer skills Working knowledge of HIPAA Preferred Infusion center, hematology/oncology, rheumatology, neurology, GI, or allergy/immunology experience CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification Familiarity with biologics (Remicade, Entyvio, Ocrevus, IVIG, Rituxan, iron formulations) Medicare Part B infusion billing experience Bilingual English/Spanish Schedule Monday-Friday, daytime hours No nights, weekends, or major holidays Benefits Health insurance Paid time off and holidays Continuing education support Free parking
