This role is essential in supporting our Primary Care, Pain Management, and Gastroenterology services, while ensuring our patients receive compassionate, efficient, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures. Perform patient intake, including histories, vital signs, and documentation. Prepare and maintain exam rooms, instruments, and supplies. Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians. Manage patient documentation and scheduling within our electronic health record (EHR). Support coordination of referrals, prior authorizations, and follow-up care. Provide excellent patient service in person and over the phone.
