Job Description:

Greet and check in patients, verify insurance information, and update medical records. Schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and handle patient inquiries professionally. Prepare examination rooms and assist physicians during exams. Take vital signs, record medical histories, and prepare patients for procedures. Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims as needed. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Position Requirements:

Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and office software. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and professionalism. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and quality care.
