Back Office Medical Assistant - Neurology Palm Harbor, FL Join a fast-paced and growing Neurology practice supporting 2 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner in a collaborative, patient-focused environment! This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a stable Monday-Friday schedule, excellent benefits, and the chance to be part of a highly respected clinical team. What You'll Do Room patients and obtain vitals Review medical history and document patient information Assist providers with back-office clinical duties Administer injections, including B12 injections Process medication refill requests Prepare and maintain medical records using NextGen EMR Assist with scheduling and patient check-in/check-out as needed Prepare charts and documentation for providers What We're Looking For 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience required MA diploma, certification, or registration required NextGen EMR experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable team player with excellent attendance Neurology experience is a plus!
