Position Summary:

•We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Medical Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare professionals by providing outstanding patient care and ensuring efficient clinical operations. Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties Room patients and obtain vital signs Document patient history and update records in the EMR Assist physician with exams and procedures Prepare and clean exam rooms Coordinate imaging orders (MRI, CT, X-ray) Provide basic patient education and follow-up instructions Administrative Duties Verify patient information and insurance Assist with scheduling and patient flow Manage phone calls, messages, and documentation Scan/upload documents into EMR Support prior authorizations and referrals Qualifications High school diploma required Currently enrolled in or completed a healthcare-related program preferred Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA) is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable using computers and learning EMR systems Professional communication skills Join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional healthcare services to our community.
