Medical Assistant - Neurology Practice Join Our Growing Neurology Team! We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and energetic Medical Assistant to join our family-oriented neurology practice. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with patients, and is flexible with travel between multiple office locations. Position Summary The Medical Assistant will provide clinical and administrative support to physicians and healthcare providers while ensuring exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to the needs of a busy specialty practice. Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and medication information Assist providers with clinical duties and patient care Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff Manage patient phone calls and messages as needed Maintain exam rooms, medical supplies, and infection control standards Support office operations across multiple practice locations Qualifications Previous medical office experience preferred; neurology experience is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer applications Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations as needed What We Offer Supportive, family-oriented work environment Opportunity to work closely with experienced neurology providers Competitive compensation based on experience Professional growth and development opportunities Health, paid time off, and other benefits (if applicable) Schedule Full-time Monday-Thursday and occasionally Friday's as needed Travel between office locations required If you are a team player who is passionate about patient care and enjoys working in a dynamic healthcare setting, we encourage you to apply.
