The successful candidate will prioritize accuracy and attention to detail, and will also be capable of performing office duties such as scheduling appointments, assisting with therapy, helping doctors, taking vital signs, handling new and existing patients, and data entry. We're looking for a back office assistant who can confidently manage details, smile through any complications, and take initiative at all times. Bilingual

Responsibilities:

Answer the phone promptly. Data Entry Answer basic medical questions in person and over the phone. Assist with patient paperwork, scanning, and filing. Keep accurate records of patient visits Answer questions for patients and their families Be courteous and professional at all times Be knowledgeable of office policies and procedures. Take messages. Assist patients to exam room .Call in Prescriptions Will train
