Medical Assistant Team Member responsibilities include registering patients, managing appointments, and providing information about the therapy, treatment, and referral options. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the medical industry, we would like to meet you. Responsibilities Clean and confirm patient scheduling Verify patient information Confirm appointments Check-in/Check-out patients Reschedule/Cancel Appointments Explain the doctor's recommendations Verify patient's follow-up on doctor's recommendations Order patient records Answer phones Assist with patient intake information Skills Work experience as a medical assistant or similar role Experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Teams) Ability to learn medical data entry software Customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
