We are currently seeking a motivated and patient-focused Certified Medical Assistant who is fluent in Portuguese or Spanish (English proficiency required) to support our growing multicultural patient base, especially the Brazilian and Hispanic communities we proudly serve. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient clinical setting while providing exceptional patient support and assisting providers with both administrative and clinical responsibilities. Responsibilities Perform patient intake, including obtaining medical history, medications, allergies, and documenting symptoms Measure and accurately record vital signs Prepare patients for examinations and procedures Support triage and initial patient assessments Document patient information accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Answer phone calls, assist with scheduling, and coordinate patient follow-ups when needed Maintain exam rooms stocked, clean, and organized Follow HIPAA and clinic protocols to ensure confidentiality and compliance Requirements Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) ( required ) Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish and English ( required ) Experience with EHR systems preferred Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Prior experience in outpatient or primary care settings is a plus Compassionate, professional, and reliable attitude
