This position offers a variety of responsibilities, including: . Escorting patients to treatment rooms . Obtaining patient medical histories . Taking and recording vital signs . Answering and directing phone calls . Contacting patients regarding appointments and follow-up care . Filing and maintaining medical records . Assisting with general office organization and light cleaning duties
Qualifications:
. Previous medical office experience is required . Strong computer skills and general computer literacy . Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor a must . Excellent communication and customer service skills a must . Ability to work independently while contributing to a small team .
