    • Role Overview
    • As a
    • Medical Assistant or LPN
    • Device Clinic
    • , you will support clinical operations by assisting providers and delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring efficient workflows within a specialized clinical setting.
    • Key responsibilities include:
    • + Assisting providers with patient examination, procedures, and treatment + Collecting patient histories and preparing patients for visits + Performing routine lab procedures and preparing specimens for transport to the lab + Following up on test orders and communicating results to providers and patients + Maintaining patient education materials + Managing and updating patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) + Maintaining medical equipment and ordering clinical supplies + Ensuring compliance with OSHA and CLIA regulations + Performing other duties as assigned •Qualifications•Education•
    Required:
    • + High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
    • Preferred:
    • + Completion of a Medical Assistant program or related technical training
    • Experience
    • Preferred:
    • + Two (2) years of Medical Assistant experience
    • Licensure / Certification
    • Required:
    • + Approved Medical Assistant Certification within six (6) months of hire
    • OR•proof of active license/certification as one of the following: + EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) or NREMT + Paramedic + Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) •
    Additional Preference:
    • + Candidates who have completed a Medical Assistant externship are encouraged to include location and dates on their application
