In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality care and ensuring a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities Patient Intake & Documentation Collect and document medical history, current medications/allergies, and chief complaints. Coordinate retrieval of outside medical records as needed. Clinical Assistance Support providers with dermatologic procedures including skin biopsies, excisions, and Mohs surgery. Prepare surgical trays, administer local anesthesia, and assist with post-procedure care. Patient Communication & Support Communicate pathology results, respond to patient inquiries, and assist with prior authorizations in a clear and compassionate manner. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR); experience with EMA is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and prior scribing experience a plus. Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
