Modern office setting 2 Days per week, visiting patients at their residence. Under 300 Patient practice, by design! Which makes your job as an MA much more manageable. ## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will travel locally with the Physician to conduct home visits at each patient's home two days per week. You will be responsible for providing essential support to ensure efficient patient care. On non patient visit days the Medical Assistant will be stationed at the office. You will answering patient calls, refilling prescriptions, setting up tests and referrals, and completing Chronic Care Management duties as directed by the supervisor. ## Duties

• Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and taking notes for tests, referrals, and prescriptions the Doctor wants ordered.
• Update and maintain patient medical records accurately.
• Provide exceptional patient service and ensure patient comfort during visits.
• Complete Chronic Care Management services as outlined by supervisor.
• Preparing patient visit charts. _ Light office keeping duties on Fridays, such as sweeping, wiping down counters, etc. ## Qualifications
• Certification or diploma in Medical Assisting helpful.
• Proficiency in outpatient medical terminology helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and service delivery.
