Medical Assistant skills are important in understanding patient care requests and the daily medical interaction with our patients. This is an administrative Medical Assistant position that does not require a Medical Assistant certificate. This Administrative medical assistant role does not include phlebotomy and checking vitals. We are looking for the right fit to our team and great medical and customer service experience! We can train you on the specifics needed for the job! The ideal candidate has two years or more experience in a medical office and knowledge of how to interact with patients and kind, busy providers. Ideally you are a good communicator and can deal with patients who are calling in or texting regarding their appointment, prescription, co-pay or ask about their balances. We believe strongly in kindness, working hard, and dedication to our patients and great care and customer service. Experience working in a fast paced environment and the ability to multi-task are pluses!
