Position Overview:

We are looking for a competent, ambitious, and personable Medical Assistant or Front Desk Admin well-versed in integrative medicine and aesthetics, and a bonus is being an aesthetician. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm and professional experience Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communications Schedule appointments efficiently and coordinate provider calendars Assist the doctor with administrative and operational tasks Maintain organized front desk operations and patient records Travel between our South Tampa and Safety Harbor/Clearwater offices as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong interest or background in integrative, functional, or aesthetic medicine Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and work independently Experience in a medical or wellness setting is preferred Experience starting IV drips is a strong plus Active aesthetician license is a bonus Ability to draw blood or start IVs is also a plus
