Job Description
Growing dermatology practice in Brownwood in The Villages, FL with two dermatologists, one dermatology physician assistant and one advanced registered nurse practitioner seeking an upbeat, detail-oriented professional medical assistant to join our friendly staff. The position duties include rooming patients, documenting notes in the EMR, administering NUVB treatments, small cleaning tasks around the office, prior authorizations, assisting the providers during exams, cosmetic procedures, in-office surgeries including Mohs surgery and other assigned tasks. The ideal candidate will have a team-based approach and are willing to answer phones, schedule appointments, and check in/out patients. Experience in dermatology or as a Mohs Tech/cutting/embedding is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person! GED or Highschool diploma required Position is Part time with potential to full time Monday and Tuesday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm Pay commensurate with experience
