  • Phlebotomy & Infusion Training Sunshine Rheumatology & Arthritis Center is a fast-growing, multi-location rheumatology practice dedicated to exceptional patient care, teamwork, and continuous learning.
We are seeking a motivated Medical Assistant who is comfortable with phlebotomy and interested in learning and assisting with infusion therapy . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to expand their clinical skills and grow in a specialty practice. What You'll Do Room patients, obtain vitals, and prepare charts Perform phlebotomy and specimen handling Assist physicians and APPs during visits Support prior authorizations, medication documentation, and patient communication Learn to assist with biologic and infusion treatments Monitor patients and report concerns promptly Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism Follow HIPAA and safety protocols at all times What We're Looking For Medical Assistant experience required Phlebotomy experience required Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred Strong common sense and attention to detail Ability to learn quickly and take direction Comfortable asking questions and escalating issues Team player with a positive attitude Reliable attendance and punctuality What We Offer Training in rheumatology and infusion therapy Opportunity for growth and skill development Supportive, team-based environment Competitive pay based on experience Stable, long-term position in a rapidly expanding practice If you are hardworking, compassionate, and eager to build new skills, we would love to meet you.
