Job Description

Must be able to go to offices: wellington,lake worth and boynton beach Certified Medical Assistant The Medical Assistant job being offered includes being able to do vital signs, front desk, answering the phones, insurance verification. Medical Assistant must be phlebotomy certified and have experience in doing EKG. Familiar with ECW EMR.Also able to go to offices: lake worth, wellington and boynton beach. Minimum 1 year of experience. This Medical Assistant work includes but is not limited to: Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out instructions by management. Responsible for following office policies set by managerial staff. Ensure that results are measured against standards, while making necessary changes along the way Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments. Keep the management properly informed Determine current trends and provide a review to management to act on Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
Qualifications:
Medical Assistant Certification from one of the following
National Programs:
National Healthcare Association (NHA) American Association of Medical Assistant s(AAMA) Registered Medical Assitant by the American Medical Technology (AMT) National Center for Competency Training (NCCT) American Registry of Medical Assitants (ARMA)
