Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing neurology practice. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced specialty clinic. Neurology experience is a plus, but not required.

Monday-Friday Work Setting:
Outpatient Neurology Practice Responsibilities- Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories
- Assist providers during neurological exams and in-office procedures
- Prepare patients for diagnostic testing and follow clinical protocols
- Administer injections
- Manage medication lists, refills, and prior authorizations
- Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR
- Coordinate patient care with providers and front-office staff
- Maintain exam rooms and comply with infection-control standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and patient education Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) - required
- Active certification in Florida
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
EPIC EMR
experience is a plus- Specialty or neurology experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, reliable, and patient-centered Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday No nights, weekends, or holidays Work Location In-person -
