The position entails working closely with the Clinical Staff in providing administrative and secretarial support along with clinical support in other areas.

Core Duties:

Function as key assistant to the Clinical Team Attend clinical and administrative meetings to share information inter-departmentally Work collaboratively with the Clinical Director, therapists, and staff to provide supportive services & reminders for timely clinical documentation Demonstrate knowledge of administrative and clinical policies and procedures Demonstrate a working knowledge of Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets & EMRs Assist in the admission and/or intake process Assist in the maintenance of an effective & efficient clinical daily routine.
